Savory Cream Pasta

A silky cream sauce made with PEP milk, parmesan, and garlic—ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 250g pasta of choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup PEP milk
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley to garnish

Steps

  1. 1Cook pasta to al dente, reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, drain.
  2. 2In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. 3Pour in PEP milk, simmer gently, then stir in parmesan until melted.
  4. 4Toss pasta with sauce, adjusting consistency with pasta water, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Tips

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for a smoother sauce.
  • Add sautéed mushrooms or grilled chicken for extra protein.
