Ingredients
- 250g pasta of choice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup PEP milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to garnish
Steps
- 1Cook pasta to al dente, reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, drain.
- 2In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- 3Pour in PEP milk, simmer gently, then stir in parmesan until melted.
- 4Toss pasta with sauce, adjusting consistency with pasta water, and season with salt and pepper.
- 5Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Tips
- Use freshly grated parmesan for a smoother sauce.
- Add sautéed mushrooms or grilled chicken for extra protein.
